The foundation and success of MortgagEase, Inc. begins with our employees. We certainly cannot reach our goals without the support and dedication of our customer service specialists, loan officer and processors.

We provide intensive training for all areas of our business. Our loan officer training is by far our most popular course and gets booked very quickly. We do not allow loan officers to start their career with MortgagEase until they have successfully completed and passed all class work. All loan officers are also required to pass all state course work and exams.

Our loan officers are trained to become trusted advisors to our clients. The training class teaches our officers how to watch market trends, find the best products for specific goals of customers and how to market effectively to earn business. Training is on going after the initial 2 week course is completed. We have continued education three times a week in the first year of your career. All three meetings are planned by the manager/trainer and your attendance is required. Training becomes optional after your first year but you are highly encouraged to attend as our industry changes rapidly.

The majority of our loans come from repeat customers or referrals from customers. We will show you how to maintain your database and build your own network of customers and referral base.
